Glaucoma following penetrating keratoplasty is difficult to diagnose and manage with conventional surgical approaches, as they can interfere negatively with the evolution of the corneal graft. Dr. Elwehidy presents a technique of ab externo circumferential suture trabeculotomy for controlling IOP in such a difficult type of glaucoma.
