180-Degree Viscodilation Using the Omni System and Hydrus Implantation

Show Description +

This video demonstrates combining two MIGS procedures/devices to help maximize outflow through the nasal angle. We are performing 180° viscodilation of the entire nasal angle and then inserting the Hydrus in through the same area. This way, I viscodilated the canal and distal channels and the Hydrus scaffolds the canal and bypasses trabecular meshwork long term.
