"One-handed" High Speed Dissections and ILM Peeling for PDR

Show Description +

Deependra V. Singh, MD, presents a series of videos that describe the one-handed technique of high-speed dissections and ILM peeling to relieve maximum traction in PDR cases. While a bimanual technique is best suited for advanced cases that present late with atrophic and friable retina, this one-handed technique works well for patients with diabetic TRDs who present relatively early.
