Pocket Incision Insertion of Raindrop Inlay Induces Less Dry Eye

Jodhbir Mehta, MD, BSC(HONS), MBBS, FRCOPHTH, FRCS(ED), shares his experience from a pilot study with the Raindrop Near Vision Inlay (ReVision Optics) inserted through a pocket incision compared with using a corneal flap. The clinical study results indicate this technique induces less dry eye and appears to have biomechanical benefits.
