Femto in Nystagmus with Mature White Cataract

Show Description +

This patient had a central herpetic corneal scar and a cataract. After "in-cornea" laser corneoplastique, I pursued a two-step cataract procedure. Aphakic cataract surgery was followed 1 week later by the refraction-based implantation of a toric IOL. The laser capsulotomy helped me to achieve a postoperative UCVA of 20/25 in this patient whose preoperative BCVA was 20/150.
At the end of the case, the patient candidly describes his experience and visual outcome during his postoperative visit. The individual was neither coached nor compensated for their remarks.
