This video describes the technique for a standalone viscodilation and ototmy creation with the new second generation OMNI device to help reduce IOP and medication burden for the patient. The patient was pseudophakic on four medications and Diamox with an IOP in the lower 20s. Our goal was to reduce the medication burden. IOP postop day 1 was 16 mm Hg.
