SIGS

Show Description +

In this video I demonstrate my first case of SIGS surgery. SIGS was described by Soosan Jacob, MD, as a minimally invasive trabeculectomy. Due to the minimal manipulation of the conjunctiva and tenons there is very little scarring and a broad diffuse bleb after SIGS.
