A glaucoma patient had trabeculotomy (Trabectome) surgery 3 months prior in a different hospital with no medical record. IOP was 2-4mm Hg and the patient was on ocular steroids.

Unfortunately this complication was related with a trabeculotomy technique using "Trabectome"... Fortunately, patient is doing great...
