This video from Dr.Snyder demonstrates a phacoemulsification combined with vitrectomy for a profoundly loose lens with vitreous in the anterior chamber from the start, sparing the capsular bag and placing a sutured Cionni ring along with an Ahmed segment to stabilize the bag and preserve a small incision, controlled anterior chamber. A foldable IOL was placed the bag and the traumatic mydriasis was addressed by outlawry cerclage.
