[No narration] Even with an adequate softshell technique, if OVD is burped and the chamber begins to shallow, heme reflux can still occur in angle-based surgery. This can be addressed by injecting a cohesive OVD directly adjacent to the area of heme to “sweep” it away in the opposite direction, as shown here.
