A patient with past surgical history of PPV and scleral buckling, undergoes sclera fixation IOL surgery and develops localized suprachoroidal hem, elevated IOP, and hyphema. Drainage of localized suprachoroidal hem, Ahmed valve fixation to the buckle, and anterior chamber irrigation for hyphema are illustrated in this video.
