Kahook Dual Blade Following Penetrating Keratoplasty

Inder Paul Singh, MD, demonstrates the use of a Kahook Dual Blade (New World Medical) following cataract surgery in the eye of a patient with peripheral anterior synechiae, open-angle glaucoma, and a history of penetrating keratoplasty. The device is used for lysis of some adhesions, removal of peripheral anterior synechiae, and removal of the trabecular meshwork.
