Inder Paul Singh, MD, demonstrates use of the iStent inject (Glaukos) following implantation of a Trulign Toric lens (Bausch + Lomb) and explains that use of this MIGS device does not impact the predicability of refractive measurements. This patient was on two medications preoperatively with an IOP of 18 mmHg and was 14 mmHg with 20/25 vision one day postoperatively.
