Billy Pan, MD, presents the case of a patient who had cataract surgery with iStent placement back in 2015. Given uncontrolled IOP despite maximum medical therapy, we decided to pursue a combination of an iPrime Canaloplasty (Glaukos) and the additional placement of iStents via the newly FDA approved Infinite system (Glaukos).
