IOL Exchange with Glued in (ISHF) IOL and Subsequent Repositioning

This is an IOL exchange removing a dislocated plate haptic IOL and doing an intrascleral haptic fixated or "glued" IOL, After initial placement of the new lens it is determined that it is slightly decentered nasally so a subsequent repositioning is done.
