The skill of intraoperative gonioscopy is not a simple task of docking a surgical goniolens onto the corneal surface. This video will highlight the salient points MIGS surgeons need to take into account in order to optimize surgical outcomes while minimizing complications in patients undergoing angle surgery. This video is an accompaniment for the article entitled, "Gonioscopy Is Essential for MIGS," which appears in GT's September/October 2016 issue.
