Edward Yung, MD, demonstrates the implantation of an Ahmed ClearPath Small Tube (ClearPath ST; New World Medical) in the eye of a young patient with severe neovascular glaucoma with starting IOP in the 60s on maximum medical therapy. The technique utilized here is placement of a small diameter nonvalved tube with a preplaced ripcord suture and no ligation suture.
