Excision of Dissecting Bleb

This patient presents with advanced POAG, pseudophakic OU, and has history of trabeculectomy OU. He came to the clinic with foreign body sensation, dysaesthesia and blurred vision. He was having significant dissecting bleb migrating to the cornea.
