Durysta Slit Lamp: No Speculum or Second Instrument

This video demonstrates Durysta implantation at the slit lamp. In this case, we are not using a lid speculum since the patient was more comfortable without it. Also no second instrument was used. The patient was told to continue fixation and the 28-gauge needle passed through the cornea with minimal resistance.
