This video demonstrates combined use of the Streamline Surgical System (New World Medical) for viscodilation and Hydrus Microstent (Alcon) insertion. Ahmad A. Aref, MD, MBA, explains how the two procedures go well together and provide synergy. The procedures are combined with cataract surgery and Eyhance IOL (Johnson & Johnson Vision) implantation for maximized depth of focus in this glaucoma patient where preservation of contrast sensitivity is paramount.
