This is a video describing a new small incision glaucoma nonvalved drainage implant surgery using the Clearpath Tube. Due to the flexible material, the plate can be folded and placed under the tenons through a 3- or 4-mm conjunctival incision. The suture islets are anteriorly placed on the plate, which makes it more accessible and allows for a smaller incision.
