Show Description +
Georges Durr, clinical fellow, and Iqbal Ike K. Ahmed, MD, FRCSC, demonstrate a case of bleb revision for a late leak by dissecting the conjunctiva from the scleral bed and creating some relaxing incision. They cauterize the previous trabeculectomy site, open the "ring of steel," and place a tenon's graft over the previous avascular bleb. They maintained filtration through the previous trabeculectomy site and closed the conjunctiva over the bleb.

Thanks.but I think if the first step is ended by suturing the conjunctiva over the leaking blew could be satisfying
