AlloFlo: Narrow Scleral Spur

In this AlloFlo case, visualization was difficult due to the cornea. Initial view into the angle made it hard to distinguish the very thin scleral spur. Initial cleft creation attempt was a bit high and ended up in the canal. A slight inferior bias resulted in appropriate cleft creation.
