She was diagnosed with mild POAG based on visual fields. There is a PI. There are no PAS. If the video appears to have PAS, it is an artifact of how the video appears.

Has she diagnosed as mild POAG? Intraoperative gonioscopy shows the PAS and a patent laser iridotomy at the nasal quadrant.
