Show Description +

Michael J. Siegel, MD, and Janet Serle, MD, show their modified trabeculotomy technique utilizing the iScience/Ellex microcatheter. We externally approach the canal and then insert the microcatheter, utilizing it to dilate Schlemm's canal. Once the catheter has been passed 360 degrees we pull it into the anterior chamber to create our trabeculotomy.
