Michael A. Klufas, MD, and Pradeep S. Prasad, MD, present the case of a 16-year-old female with a history of intraocular foreign body status post lensectomy, buckle and vitrectomy. She presented one year later for consideration of secondary intraocular lens. A B&L Akreos AO60 lens was fixated to the scleral with a GoreTex suture using DORC EVA 27Ga vitrectomy system.
