180-Degree Otomy With the iTrack Catheter

Show Description +

This was a moderate OAG patient who was taking four classes of topical medications and had IOP in the lower 20s, so I wanted to to perform an otomy and viscodilate as well. But, she was also on blood thinners and couldn't stop them, so I decided 180-degree otomy was safer than 360-degrees for her.
