In this video, Steve Sarkisian, MD, clinical professor at the University of Oklahoma, uses the TRAB360 device (SightSciences, Inc.) to do an ab interno trabeculotomy to treat glaucoma. This is a much easier way of doing this procedure in adults, as it involves only one 1-2 mm incision, no sutures, and and leaves nothing inside of the eye that can clog or fail. Success has been the same as that which has been published with trabeculotomy in adults using a suture or the iTrack micro catheter.
