Ozcan Kayikcioglu, MD, presents an exfoliation case with an IOL and CTR dislocation in a glaucomatous eye. The surgeon planned to perform a trabeculectomy and vitrectomy together. Perfluorocarbon was injected to protect the retina while the lens and CTR are removed. A new lens was fixated under the scleral flaps.
