Cathleen McCabe, MD, presents an 85-year-old male patient who had previously been told his cataracts could not be treated due to his positioning. His cervical neck is fused with his face oriented parallel to the floor when standing and was unable to recline. This video shows how surgical equipment and technique was modified to accommodate the patient's unique anatomy. Watch the surgery in the first eye.
