Placing Iris Hooks in RK Cases

Arun C. Gulani, MD, presents a cataract case with RK incisions and and a poor dilating pupil due to years of pilocarpine use. The iris hooks are placed strategically around the RK incisions. ReSure Sealant (Ocular Therapeutics) is applied to achieve a watertight closure.
