In this CyPass Micro-Stent (Alcon) implantation case, I. Paul Singh, MD, demonstrates that hypotony (IOP less than 6 mmHg) is possible but its not always clinically signifiant. Patients can have an IOP that is numerically hypotonous, but vision is good, the AC is formed, and there is no retinal edema or choroidal. Following the surgical video, Dr. Singh speaks with the patient about his experience.
