Pterygium with Autograft

  Channels: Cornea | Posted 2/4/2016

Alex W. Cohen, MD, PhD, presents a technique for conjunctival autograft for pterygium. Lidocaine with epinephrine is injected to balloon the pterygium and conjunctiva to make dissection easier. Sutures are used to anchor the graft, then glue is applied to affix the tissue in place.
