Drs. Tan, Mehta, Wong, and Por present their "Sheet Glide Technique" for DSAEK to reduce endothelial cell loss and primary graft failure contributed to folding and unfolding of the graft. This simple technique uses a modified IOL injector to glide the graft into a deep AC.
