Pars plana vitreous aspiration

A routine cataract case becomes complicated with the patient coughs erratically during cortex removal. Dr. Osher proceeds by performing a small iridotomy to equalize pressure in the anterior and posterior chamber and then performs a pars plana vitreous aspiration to soften the eye.
