The patient in this case has undergone four unsuccessful cornea transplants and one previous cataract surgery. Dr. Rowsey demonstrates vitrectomy, anterior chamber reconstruction, removal of Soemmering's ring, and placement of a posterior chamber IOL sutured to the iris.
