Two-Site Phaco-Trabeculectomy on Complicated Secondary Angle Closure Glaucoma in a Single Surgery

A 55-year-old man presented with bilateral uveitis and secondary angle closure glaucoma. The visual acuity was hand motion OU, and the IOP was 45 mm Hg OD and 42 mmHg OS. Both eyes had pupillary seclusion and iris bombae. After maintaining the uveitis and decreasing the IOP, we performed two-site phaco-trabeculetomy.
