Forward Capture in Pediatric Cataract Case

In this pediatric cataract case, Lisa Arbisser, MD, makes a posterior capsulorhexis for a planned buttonhole optic capture technique. After experiencing difficulty maneuvering the rigid lens into place it becomes apparent that posterior capsule has broken. Dr. Arbisser changes the strategy to a forward optic capture technique.
