Lena Beckers, MD, analyzed real-world outcomes of AcrySof® IQ Vivity® IOL implantation in patients with mild retinal comorbidities. Results showed good visual acuity, high spectacle independence, and strong patient satisfaction, with minimal visual disturbances. Findings support the IOL as a viable option for appropriately selected patients.
