Humberto Carreras Diaz, MD evaluated the performance of the Vivity Toric IOLs extended-range-of-vision intraocular lens (IOL) in cataract patients with prior myopic corneal laser refractive surgery. At three months postoperatively, most patients achieved good distance-corrected intermediate visual acuity. Some patients also experienced improved near vision, and overall visual acuity was maintained across the range from distance to intermediate vision.
