ERM: Pinch-Peel Technique

Roger A. Goldberg, MD, MBA, moves the group along with an epiretinal membrane (ERM) peel in which he uses the indocyanine green (ICG) dye to stain both the posterior vitreous detachment and the membrane, which eventually allows him to peel the internal limiting membrane (ILM) and the ERM together. As this technique requires a longer period of exposure, the panel discusses the risks of ICG and toxicity.
