can somebody tell me if the ring's inserter will fit through a 2.4 mm incision?

Andrew - this case was done through a 2.5 mm incision, so yes - there is no issue with this size.

I enjoy using this ring and think that it is far better than iris hooks. There is a 7 mm diameter ring available. When removing the ring, try to keep it as symmetrical as possible as it is drawn up, otherwise it 'hangs' and distorts. You'll soon see what I mean! Also, get the proximal loop central (in deep AC) so that the hooked finger has room to re-grasp the ring. Don't try to re-grasp close to the limbus/angle. Richard Redmond, Scarborough UK
