Martin Charles, MD; Dina J. Abulon, MS; Daniel E. Charles, MD; Norberti Cabrera, MD, show four cases using a 27 Gauge in MIVS. The first case is an epirretinal membrane with a decrease in visual acuity and metamorphopsia. The next case is a macular hole surgery. The third case is a multifocal IOL patient with decreased visual acuity secondary to vitreous hemorrhage. The last case was a proliferative diabetic retinopathy.
