Limited Vitreous Removal

Show Description +

I. Paul Singh, MD, demonstrates first uses of 1-Step limited vitreous removal technology (Vista Ophthalmics) for treating symptomatic floaters. This surgery was performed in an office surgical suite with oral anesthesia and topical lidocaine. Dr. Singh says this technology allows surgeons to remove a significant portion of the vitreous with a 27-gauge needle vitrector and no use of viscoelastic, trocars, or sutures.
