A 56-year-old male patient suffered a blunt trauma from a hockey ball. The nucleus was dislocated and a traumatic mydriasis was present. Immediately following the incident, the dislocated nucleus was removed with ICCE technique (not shown). Four weeks later, an iridoplasty is performed for traumatic mydriasis and an iris-claw IOL implanted for aphakia.

whew! nice work but too long. ike ahmed has an easier purse string technique, and i think glued iol is better than this claw iol.
