Dr. Ugurbas operated on a 3-year-old boy with congenital lacrimal fistula who presented with epihora from the right eye. The surgery consists only of fistula resection without additional interventions such as dacryocystorhinostomy or silicone intubation. The patient is symptom free 6 years after surgery.
