This patient had Bright Ocular iris implants in both eyes and presents with cataract, glaucoma, recurrent inflammation and early corneal failure. The footage shows implant removal. The patient's own iris has been permanently damaged by the device and is unresponsive to light and well as being enlarged and elongated. Iris pigment has migrated forward and can be seen as dark patches - ectopia uveae. A cataract is also present. Further surgery will be required to remove the cataract and repair the iris.
