My name is Margaret Chang and I am a senior partner at Retinal Consultants Medical Group in Sacramento, California. I'm here at ASRS 2026, and I'm presenting on the baseline characteristics associated with 15 letter loss in the phase two ARCHER trial of vonaprument for geographic atrophy. So vonaprument is an FAB targeting C1Q, which is the trigger for the classical complement cascade. This is involved in geographic atrophy because of the neurodegeneration that can happen as a result of activation of the classical cascade, as well as activation of downstream C3 and C5. So Archer was a phase two study that compared two different doses of vonaprument to sham. And what we found is that the patients who were most at risk of 15 milliliter loss were patients who had compromised vision at baseline, but still had some vision to lose. So generally between 20 / 40 and 20 / 100, and patients also with subfoveal lesions were more at risk of 15 litter loss than those with nonfoveal lesions.

We are looking forward to baseline characteristics of the phase three ARCHER study to be presented later on this year and top line results are expected shortly.
