Jay Chhablani, MD, presents a case of a 32-year-old pseudophakic man with a macula-involving inferior retinal detachment secondary to inferior hole, along with lattice degeneration in the right eye. Dr. Chhablani uses a single-fiber 25-gauge chandelier to identify the location of the retinal hole in the inferonasal quadrant and follows with cryotherapy and scleral buckling.
