Thanks for providing a rational floater management presentation! I would love to see a presentation with a retinologist for a spectrum of care practice pattern from initial PVD management to laser vitreolysis and finally floaterectomy vitrectomy as needed. It's far to late for the majority of our colleagues to be instilling fear in their patients regarding management of visually significant vitreous floaters.
